Your collection data, such as portfolios, cards, quantities, condition, graded status, purchase details, acquired-from text, and notes you choose to save.
Local app data stored on your device, such as onboarding progress and your signed-in session.
Our infrastructure providers may also process basic technical data, such as IP address, device or browser information, logs, and timestamps, to keep the app secure and working.
What We Do Not Collect
OneDex does not currently collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, health data, payment card details, or advertising identifiers. The app also does not currently use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising, or cross-app tracking.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate OneDex:
To sign you in and keep your account secure.
To save and show your card portfolios.
To calculate collection counts and estimated market values.
To show card catalog, image, price, and price-history information.
To answer support, privacy, or feature requests.

Third-Party Services
OneDex uses trusted services to provide the app. These services may process information on our behalf:
Supabase for authentication, database hosting, APIs, and security infrastructure.
Resend, through Supabase custom email delivery, for one-time sign-in code emails.
Apple if you install OneDex through the Apple App Store.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run the app, work with service providers, comply with law, protect people or the app, or follow your direction.
Security
Your account and collection data are stored in Supabase. OneDex uses Supabase Row Level Security so signed-in users can access their own profile, portfolios, and portfolio items. Public card catalog and pricing data may be readable without an account because it is not user-specific.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we process.
Data Retention
We keep your account and collection data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide OneDex, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app. You can delete portfolio items and non-protected portfolios in the app. To request account or data deletion, contact us at info@getonedex.com.
Your Choices
You can update certain account settings in the app, such as display name and display currency. You can log out at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the use of your personal information.
Children
